+ What is included in my registration?

SWS 2018 Annual Meeting registration includes access to all plenary and concurrent sessions, as well as access to the poster and exhibit displays. The Welcome Reception, Annual Business Meeting lunch and morning and afternoon refreshments are also included. Additional fees are required for field trips, workshops and the closing event.

+ Are continuing education credits available?

If you maintain a professional license issued by the SWS Professional Certification Program or another association, occupational licensing board or a department of professional regulation, you may be eligible to earn continuing education credits for your participation in the SWS 2018 Annual Meeting. Attendees are responsible for verifying licensing requirements, as well as managing and submitting all necessary paperwork. If you have any questions regarding continuing education credit requirements as they pertain to your professional certification or license, please contact the appropriate licensing board directly.

+ Does SWS have an awards program and how do I apply?

The SWS awards program strives to acknowledge outstanding contributors in wetland science and service and looks to honor those who have made a major impact in the field. Awards are presented each year at the SWS Annual Meeting. This award program not only honors award recipients but also creates awareness of the progress and leadership that takes place within the field. + Where can I access presentation materials?

Accepted abstracts will be available via the meeting mobile app and through the online abstract search site. Instructions for accessing the app will be available in early May 2018.

+ Will internet be available during the meeting?

Wireless internet will be available at the Denver Marriott City Center.
